She helped us with far more than just our hotel stay — assisting with transportation arrangements, booking activities, and recommending fantastic local restaurants. Her responsiveness and attention to detail made planning our trip so much easier and stress-free. Because of the excellent service and hospitality, our stay felt seamless and enjoyable from beginning to end. The top deck pool provided an easy alternative when we didn’t feel like walking across the road to the beach. Would highly recommend."

"The hotel is aesthetically pleasing with a nice pool. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. We stayed in the family room with the bunk bed which the kids loved. To improve the room, I would suggest to add more hooks or rails to hang towels. Also a clothes line in the bathroom to hang wet bathers would be an improvement. "
