Excellent standard of hotel. Really liked the room, dinner, breakfast, atmosphere. The only minor negatives were the amount of listed TV channels which didn't work, no radio stations and our AC didn't seem to function although we didn't mention it to staff. Thoroughly recommend.

This was my second visit to Liverpool and the first time using a hotel, I was drawn in by the outside look of the hotel then when I saw the rooms and then how good the price was I was sold. When I got there it was clear the area was quite close to anything I'd need and less than 10 minutes from central station which was perfect. Hotel was in a great location, car parking was great as it was right next door to hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast was amazing.

Straightforward check in, Very nice room with functional layout. I liked the room because it was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The TV is slightly ‘too’ smart and seems to feel the need to switch itself on in the middle of the night. This could do with sorting out.

Lovely Hotel, booked a suite gorgeous decor, one complaint please purchase new pillows they were like bricks, both come away with sore necks, food and drink good, drinks at bar reasonably priced, Hotel has a very chilled vibe, would defo return for a weekend away, imagine in summer even nicer sitting out in the gardens. I had just finished running a marathon. The staff upgraded us due to this! We had the most beautiful room!! We arrived to a lovely note congratulating me and some personalised chocolates! Easy to park at nearby John Lewis Q park. Handy for shopping at Liverpool one and 30 min walk to Hill Dickinson stadium! We had a room with a double bed and single bed which was ideal for our family of 3 watching Everton match.
