I felt very safe staying at this hotel. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and made me feel welcomed. I have no hesitation in recommending it.

This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in for business or pleasure- the beds were perfect, as were the duvet thickness and pillow softness, both of which I've often found to be a problem at hotels. Wow! What a find. The staff, food, rooms, parking…everything was top notch. We will definitely return. Thank you for a super stay.

Lovely friendly and welcoming staff, room was lovely and we had a great stay, thank you (Only side note shower in Monarch room was a bit rubbish)

Beautiful hotel in Stratford within walking distance of the famous sites. Lovely room and very nice toiletries. Will definitely come back.

Room was compact but had everything that was needed, staff were really helpful. The continental breakfast was lovely and something different than we were expecting but good. Thanks

Personable, helpful staff, beautiful building.

Was in Leicester for my daughter’s graduation, the bed was very comfortable, my wife snored happily all night. The breakfast was great, it set us up for the day. If I need to stay in Leicester again, I’ll be staying here.

This hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay. From food, casino, spa, shopping, lovely outdoor water and staff are lovely too. I usually come here to get a break and relax. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. I would say the parking for VIP needs alot of work and has gone up from £15.00 to £20.00. I have a disability and have to use it due to mobility issues. But if you use the casino or shopping or food, its £3.00 or free. So it doenst make sense. Apart from the parking in VIP...

A lovely hotel with great spa facilities and fantastic breakfast

A weekend to visit our daughter who is at Birmingham University. The room was a little small but cosy and absolutely fulfilled our needs. We were given a top floor room as requested. We dined in the 1900 Restaurant in the evening - the food was presented well and was delicious. Service was great and the lighting and background music...
