"One elevator wasn’t working when we arrived. The second elevator stopped working the a second night of our stay. The room smelled terrible when you first open the door. It smelled like one of two things; a dog peed and dirty water was used to clean the floors or old seafood was in the fridge or microwave at some point and the scent was still lingering. The stay, overall, was fine, but those issues listed is why I couldn’t rate a 5."

"Really nice hotel. Next door to great small mall with very good restaurants, especially Cuban. Friendliness everywhere. Excellent handicapped room and amenities. Only negative is too small an eating area for breakfast."
