"It was frustrating when I checked in and the only information I received at all was how I could upgrade to a different room. Since the room was extremely basis or standard looking and with zero view of the city, I felt it was just a money grab. I did really appreciate that I received a refund. I received no info what so ever about the amenities at the property at time of check in. My patio had cigarette butts and other trash on the ground. Other than these issues, my stay was quite pleasant. Thanks!"

Front desk staff was distracted while I was waiting to ask a question ( the FD was on her cell) the girl that was helping someone over the phone try getting her attention a couple times; it took a couple of attempts for FD to realize I had been standing there."
