"The place is a bit noisy. Our A/C was rattling and making noise. We were close to the elevator so we could hear the ding every time it arrived. When neighbor's toilet flushed it made a lot of noise. Piping is old. But otherwise no issues. Room was clean. The bed and pillows were fine for me."

"Every staff member was extremely accommodating and efficient, and there were always plenty of staff to serve behind the desk or as bellman, whatever was needed. We had a poolside room, very large and comfortable and super clean. The air conditioning was apparently not functioning in our wing but since high temps were in the 60’s didn’t matter but as compensation they gave us nice grab and go breakfast boxes every day. I was trying to print a map of the zoo in the business center but when I couldn’t make it print, the desk clerk did 2 copies from her computer. The location is a half a block from Union Square so very convenient and safe area"
