"Staff was great, pool was heated. It was raining so we didn’t partake, but the ambiance was so cool and eclectic. Staff was great and let us leave the car in the parking lot while we went out for an amazing breakfast down the street (Brenda’s soul food… also most excellent!) we walked to the Great American Music Hall for a show. "1 night stay and since I arrived late, I like the ability to still be able to access the building. The room was a good size. I wasn’t that pleased about the shower room. I feel like you shouldn’t be able to see under the shower doors (privacy)."

"Parking is in the Westin Garage $50 a day and is valet. Elevator was being renovated when I was there but worked and was fine. Room was spacious and very trendy. Staff was helpful and friendly. Blackout shade really works! "

"Great older style hotel. The room was very homey and comfortable with a fireplace. Good breakfast and excellent staff. Nice wine and cheese in the afternoon. Excellent location near restaurants, Union Sq and the BART /Muni. Curtis gave great service at check-in and recommended very good restaurants. We will surely return on our next visit to SF."

"Hotel Nikko is near tenderloin so be careful walking around at night. The room we got had a Bluetooth speaker in it so that alone would make me inclined to book again. The staff were really nice. The lobby looks clean and modern. It’s a bit dusty in the rooms which caused a lot of allergies but otherwise good stay. "

"Very cute place the lobby was so nice and relaxing. They had a cappuccino machine and coffee and I would just sit there and it was so pretty great locations walk out the door and there’s all the little malls for Japan town. I love shopping in the little malls, it was so cute. There was so many cool stuff locations fantastic and all the staff were so friendly and helpful and nice. I’ll definitely stay there again. "Around 40 minutes from the airport and only a few blocks from the metro station. Everything you need is a few minutes walk from the hostel. Property is a great deal and was safe. Welcoming environment and everyone was respectful. Room was clean and working wifi. It’s great to see this type of hostel in the US. "
