"Overall the property had what my family and I were looking for - location. The hotel has an old charm to it and it was always busy and full of guests and non guests. We stayed in a corner room so we could get as much light we could and also have cloud gate view. The shower was great and bed was comfy. "Very pretty hotel, but a little heavy on Northwestern decor. If you are associated with northwestern I guess that could be fun. The TV was in an odd corner of the room- can’t lie in bed and watch. The biggest problem is the coffee situation- only instant coffee in the rooms, and no coffee in the lobby. That would help a lot especially if you don’t want to sit in the restaurant for breakfast."
