"The location was convenient and clean."

"Check-in was fast and friendly. I checked out the bed before I laid in it and found a stain on the white sheet. Looked like a previous blood spot. Overall, the room was in fair shape. Woke up early to take a shower and found that the bathtub was clogged. Had to stand in about 10” of standing water to take a shower. Also found that the bar of soap was previously used and just placed back in the packaging. A hair was found on the soap. Building only has one ice machine so if you want ice, you have to go to the third floor. Breakfast was basic. Nothing special. When I checked out, I informed the man at the front desk about the issues and his reply was simply “okay”. Wouldn’t recommend this to business travelers. "

"I wish they had clean the room when we were away all they did was just give us clean towels and that's it and the toilet was acting up kept over flowing when flushed, called front desk all they did was leave a plunger at the front door my wife had to find another bathroom outside the room to use But the man the work the front desk when we arrive he is such a asset to the hotel he sang happy birthday to my wife wish made her so happy he did his job well."

"We loved this place so much, we wish we stayed here sooner since we booked it after needing a hotel transfer for the last day of our visit. The staff was so incredibly sweet and super helpful. The rooms were super clean, and it was fairly spacious. We always love the kitchen features since it adds to the homey vibes. Parking is super simple (and free) and the hotel is located in a quiet and safe area only a few minutes from the mall. The bed was also super comfy and the room had a lot of outlets everywhere which was super helpful! The set up of the room was just super convenient and we enjoyed the large shower with the sliding glass doors. We didn't get to try the breakfast but the lobby area has a nice place to lounge outside of your room."

"I was unable to sleep during my stay because the beds were in very poor condition! they were lumpy and noticeably slanted instead of level. It is very concerning that beds like this are provided in an accessible room, as guests with disabilities need proper support and stability., after this experience, I will not be staying at this hotel again. Despite that, the staff was amazing, but unfortunately the condition of the room especially the beds was very disappointing."

"We were disappointed the pool was closed down when we arrived. I understand things happen, but would have loved some notice ahead of time. I spoke to the manager who was very nice, and she SAID she did send a message through Expedia, but we never received it. Unsure if that might have been an issue on Expedia's side. Based on the technology in the wall, I'm guessing the hotel has been there a while, but it seemed to be aging very well. Everything was clean and well stocked, and the bed was comfortable. Pillows could have been larger, but that's all hotels these days. Parking is $5 a night, which is a good rate, and it was very convenient to use. Overall we would definitely stay here again."
