Lovely hotel close to Westfield and its shops and transport. Excellent for trains to the O2 for a gig. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfy and the breakfast was excellent We would definitely stay again

Firstly WOW !!! what a stay, this hotel is by far the best hotel I have seen/Stayed in for a long time! I am truly gutted that I didn’t book 2 nights and I moved to a different hotel for Sunday!! From the moment you walked in the doorman took our bags, the walk up the dark entrance into the lobby really makes you feel like you are entering a members-only Hotel, the detail the Mandrake has taken in its design is stunning !! the reception team where fantastic and went out of there way we went...

The hotel was well sited for us and the indoor car park next door was very bright, safe and clean. The rooms were clean, quiet and child-friendly. We even invited our family to dine with us there. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

A little gem right on Camden lock.. well done Holiday Inn express from our arrival to us checking out an leaving the staff could not have been more helpful, friendly or attentive to our needs.sretting thru the the front glass doors into a fresh smelling bright and airy reception .. with a coffee/snack bar and complimentary water st ation. The rooms were great size with 2 very comfortable king size beds . Powerful shower over bath with nice bath /shower get and hair products wonderful biight...

Nice location and nice room. Really good staff and service and room very comfortable. Everything is well organised. If I have to be critical, there was no free wi-fi and £12 for 24 hours seemed a bit steep. I was only there for a single night but longer stays would be either without wi-fi or quite expensive for access

From the moment we booked, the hotel contacted us to say these were small single rooms. We literally only needed a bed for the night so went ahead. This will now be my choice of London hotel. Yes the room was small but perfectly equipped. Great location too. I’m an early riser so it wasn’t a problem, however anyone fancying a lie in past 7am would have heard the breakfast preparation below. In the height of summer, the little room may have been too hot but not an issue during my stay.

Clean comfortable room , good facilities staff very friendly and welcoming great location for shops , restaurants , coffee shops trains buses, safe location for single travellers , breakfast was lovely freshly cooked and great choices , staff very attentive, and friendly here too .

This was the (almost) perfect place to stay and we'll definitely be back. We were upgraded to a triple room as we had requested a quiet room. The room was modern, clean and comfortable (and quite spacious for a London hotel) and breakfast the next morning was plentiful and set us up for the day. The hotel is only a short walk from both Pimlico and Victoria stations. All of the staff we met were friendly and welcoming.
