Lovely comfortable hotel close to Earls Court tube. Staff very pleasant and welcoming. Our room was a good size and very comfortable. We didn’t eat there so can’t comment on the food and drink. But we will probably return next time we are in town

The Park Grand was a great location for us as we visted our daughter. It's easy access from Earls Court Tube station (2 min walk) makes it a straightforward journey when we arrive in Kings X. There was a very polite and speedy check-in and that politeness and good service was demonstrated throughout our stay. (This was our second stay in a matter of weeks). There is a good breakfast available and the chef was happy to cook me fresh eggs. Our room was nice and quiet and well appointed. Overall a good base for when we visit central London.

Let’s first talk about how they put me in the basement and which no elevator went to. What added insult to injury I had to lug my luggage all the way there. The front desk didn’t seem bothered by that. Also, when I was speaking to front desk and a white hotel guest need something they would ignore me. There was guest who skipped me on line when I was checking out if I didn’t stand up for myself they would’ve let it happen. I do not recommend this hotel if you are darker of skin.
