Great really I stay in many hotels and this will be my third ever review in five years. Service and staff were fantastic. Couldn't do enough, The sun was always shinning. Very restful. Food was good. Okay so its not the cheapest place you will ever stay but if you are planning on some time in Scottsdale. There is nowhere better

Lovely hotel in a wonderful location on looking camelback mountain. Lots to do nearby including phoenix amazing botanical garden and Taliesin West.
Really nice fresh fruit for breakfast and surprisingly reasonable on resort dining.

We had one of the suites so at £445 per night our expectations were high. The room was fantastic re the interior design, wifi. Bath and shower were amazing.
same old story in these hotels is that 2 coffees + 2 muffins = $30, so we never bothered eating breakfast. It is not unusual and I travel extensively and it is the same the world over.

Definitely the best choice for Scottsdale with excellent facilities and beautiful grounds. Downtown Scottsdale, with a great choice of shopping and dining options, is only a 5 minute bus ride away

Outstanding rooms, my suite had everything. Excellent restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cheaper than the standard budget hotel, absolutely incredible price. Highly recommended

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel - the rooms were super new and clean with a very comfy bed. The swimming pool and pool side service from Nicole was fantastic and the breakfast from Helen was very tasty and worth the add-on. Highly recommend.

We stayed in the Club facility which offered friendly personal service and excellent included breakfast although not the best scrambled eggs (the ultimate challenge for a buffet breakfast). Service levels throughout the hotel generally high but disappointing that at pool level all meals served in plastic boxes and paper cups even in the poolside restaurant. Locals seemed to accept but felt down market from a European perspective for this calibre of hotel.

Lovely resort in terms of location, facilities, and very relaxed atmosphere.
For a resort with the reputation of The Boulders, I would have expected the service to be better and more consistent. While we met some truly excellent people, there were a number who were just doing a good job and lacked a bit of energy and desire to go the extra mile.
The room also needed a little love, with a few dings in the door, chipped paint work etc.
Overall, we would definitely come back, but probably only...
