"I arrived at about 9.30pm, to sleep and get up for a flight at 4.30am, and the cleaners were still hoovering and being supper noisy for ages in the corridor. Surely the majority of that hotels trade is people getting up early, so why would you have housekeepers working until past 10pm? Also, an early breakfast offering would be good. The hotel in general is a bit tired. "

"Welcoming staff as always. Coming off an overnight flight, it is always a relief to check in here and to have a room available straight away. The bathroom was a little shabby, but was clean. We had booked a runway view room and it didn’t disappoint. Breakfast was lovely. Lots of choice and really fresh. It’s refreshing to see the same staff at breakfast. Even nicer that they recognised us. Easy to get to Heathrow Airport via the hotel hoppa bus, the service bus or an Uber. Looking forward to my next trip out of Heathrow so I can stay here again."

"Nice hotel but the bed was not very comfortable. Billed as a premium room but had 2 single beds (they were large single beds) but the duvet's were too small for the beds. The shower area had signs of limescale on the shower head and could have done with a deep clean. The door to the room didn't close on its own so had to be careful not to leave it unlatched. Only minor issues but for the price I'd expect better quality TBH."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel, I came for my birthday and the staff were so welcoming and thoughtful. The spa is amazing and the rooms are gorgeous, can not rate this stay highly enough! "
