Rose and her team were incredible, room was great, view incredible, breakfast delicious! Tip, rent the bikes for a couple of days as well, great way to see the ancient town & beaches!

We arrived at a bad time of year weather wise but nonetheless really enjoyed our stay, Hoi An is a real gem.

Chosen for the pool which was lovely. Only 2 sun beds though which was fine for us but I don't know what they'll do when they are full. Rooms beautiful and breakfast was lovely. A bit far out of town and a pain to keep doing tuck tuck each way every time you want to go to town. They do have push bikes free of charge or you can be bold and hire a moped like us. Traffic on the island is quiet so you only to bike over the bridge and park avoiding the heavier bike traffic in town. The owners...

Amazing staff who are happy to help. We often had breakfast at the hotel and it was great. Location is perfect for getting to the old town or a quick grab to the beach. Rooms are lovely, great place to stay !

Lovely 2 bed villa with a great sized pool we could actually swim in. The grounds were beautiful, so well kept. Breakfast was good but suggest use the main hotel restaurant as the villa restaurant was packed & disorganised. highly recommended

Lovely place to stay.

Amazing!! A fantastic stay here. Exceptionally clean, everything we needed in the room, Will the host was so helpful and kind. The property for us was in a perfect location. So peaceful and the best night sleep we had in Vietnam. Bikes are free to use so we cycled to the beach and to the town. Both were around 20 minutes on the bike. Some lovely little cafes and restaurants all within a short walking distance. Of an evening we would get a Grab into town which cost less than £2. An amazing stay...

Absolutely loved our stay! Phuong Oanh, our host, was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to assist us with booking tickets and organizing travel around Danang. The service was outstanding and perfect. We’ll definitely be returning!

My family and I had a great stay. The Home is in a nice villa community, very quiet and safe. The public pool is very clean and only a few people use it, so we are very comfortable when using the pool. The air conditioner make the place so pleasant. I think that the host had take great care of the house, there is everything in the house and it's luxurious, and clean. A lot of towels and bathroom amenities. Around the home is other villas, so it's a very quiet atmosphere and my family really...

Nice villa. Host was very communicative and they created WhatsApp groups for villa maintenance schedule and alternative drivers to Grab with same prices. Beach is 30 seconds away from the villa but no sea view. Villa itself requires some maintenance and is a bit worn out but nothing that will bother.
