We loved everything about this place! It felt new and fresh. Our room was very spacious with large balcony overlooking the resort and ocean. The staff was amazing as were the facilities. The breakfast was excellent with so much choice. The spa was quite an operation and we enjoyed our daily inclusive treatments. We stayed at Ocean Villa during our stay in Da Nang. Lily looked after us and was very helpful. She was friendly and always acted promptly. Lisa, I believe was Lily’s manager. She was helpful too although we never got to meet her.

The villa is absolutely wonderful, so spacious and comfortable, airy and bright. The pool has a lovely view but it was missing dozens of tiles which was quite unpleasant for a 5 stars hotel. We were lucky to not have neighbours as you basically leave with them when they are also in their pool so not quite at all. As we didn't have any it was wonderfully quiet but we were lucky. we had a wonderful time, the weather was quite cold when we arrived but didn't stop us doing anything. Went on some great trips booked through the hotel and saw some interesting places which has made us want to go back to Vietnam and see some more of the beautiful country. The resort is half way between Da Nang and Hoi An (about 25 minutes to each) - so quite remote. The villas are superb and well equipped, each with their own mini pool, ensuite bathrooms, TV in the bedrooms too. The main pool is lovely and clean. The one restaurant is very good with a wide selection of food and good portion sizes. The staff were superb. Location is beautiful. An truly amazing experience. Each and every single member of staff were fantastic who provided a quality service. Ambience is spot on.We had villa with a pool and it was absolute perfection.
