"Very disappointing as the pictures and reviews looked good. Most misleading was the pool that is actually 2 streets and 150yds away in what looks like another abandoned hotel. My room was dark, the view was a wall 1m away and there was a generator loud whining noise all night. I asked to move room after one night as it was not the type of room i booked. They said they couldn’t move me so I left. They have refused a refund for the following two nights. "

"We had an excellent stay at Hoi An Coco River Resort. The location was ideal, the pool was beautiful, and the staff were consistently professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. The laundry service was excellent, and breakfast was truly wonderful, with great service every morning. Overall, this was a perfect 10/10 experience and we would happily return."
