Delta Hotels by Marriott Ottawa City Centre

10/10 Excellent

"Friendly staff. Fast check in and out. Clean room."

Ottawa Marriott Hotel

8/10 Good

"The hotel is very centrally located and was very up front that they are going through renovations. However, I found staff were quite cold and curt, and on my last morning the housekeeper tried to come into the room while knocking and I was in the washroom - I felt this was a bit odd. Otherwise the room itself was great, bed was very comfy and I liked the renovated room choices. Perfect for a single traveller stay."

The Westin Ottawa

8/10 Good

"We were able to change our rooms without difficulty due to lack of view and it was our Wedding Anniversary. There were a couple of minor issues that were resolved quickly by helpful staff. The room we did get was lovely and clean with an amazing view. We did receive wine and cheese tray when I mentioned it was our anniversary. The hotel is in the midst of construction renovations which makes it difficult to check in and can be noisy during the day. The staff are doing the best they can under the circumstances. The breakfast restaurant, Daly's Express had a large selection of breakfast foods, a wonderful waiter and a lovely view. The hotel is next to shops and easy walking distance to many tourist sites."

Hilton Garden Inn Ottawa Downtown

10/10 Excellent

"I stayed here with my family over the Thanksgiving long weekend, and although it was very busy, staff were always super attentive and kind. They have underground parking for a small daily fee with in-and-out access, which was super convenient. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly very good and had lots of variety for the kids. The DIY waffles were a hit! We also loved the pool. It was never too busy and both the deck and pool were very clean. Overall, the property was clean and very well maintained. We had a great time and would definitely return! Thank you to all the amazing staff for a wonderful stay!"
