We were awarded a complimentary upgrade for my boyfriend’s birthday and were able to use the Bentley to be dropped off in town. Rooms were lovely and clean, and very warm! Yes it's in a motorway service stop but Tebay shows how it can and should be done. "Fabulous place with a lodge that contained everything we could need for a comfortable stay. Restaurant menu amd food were excellent. Staff in the main complex were all wonderful. Only negative was a member of leisure staff insisting that the jacuzzi was turned off after a short time at regular intervals and everyone had to get out . Not ideal for my elderly mother who was disappointed and could not go in the main pool or sauna/steam rooms. Never come across anything like this with any jacuzzi!!"
