"We had a nice stay over night. Quiet place all you hear is birds and ducks.
Room we have is spacious with amazing view on the leak.
I would recommend and I would stay here again.
Thank you "
"Great place to stay with friendly staff and nice rooms, the food was really nice and fairly cheap, located in the centre of town so can walk to most things"
"This is a very nice hotel, but was under construction when we were there, so a bit jumbled. Will be much better when the construction is finished. Easy, good parking and a nice walk into Kendal."

"The room was immaculate, clean and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was tip top!
We shall DEFINITELY stay again!
The only drawback is that it’s too far to walk to town but there are plenty of taxis approx £6..
Unfortunately their restaurant wasn’t open as it was a week day but their recommendation of Bangkok 7 Thai restaurant was spot on and a “Must go” place to eat- it was superb!"
"Great hotel, room was clean, modern and had everything we needed. The view from the room was lovely and the beer garden by the river was a pleasant surprise! The staff was kind and polite and the food was delicious and plenty. Just one thing that would be more of a recommendation than a critique - I would suggest the breakfast offers other meat options alongside pork."
