"Checked in at 10 pm. Only 1 person manning the reception and she was held up by another customer. Took a while before another staff came to handle others in the queue. Most of the restaurants in the hotel close before/by 10pm. In-room dining food options is rather limited. Buffet breakfast is good, very wide variety of options to cater to western and asian tastes.
