Clean room and good housekeeping Nice staff on reception TV Options mainly in Portuguese and only Sky news for English Breakfast was good for continental but sadly lacking for dietary requirements (gluten and dairy free). There is a sign to ask for help but the staff rarely come out from the kitchen so you have to go behind the scenes to ask for help. The staff weren’t friendly and were slow to help. It didn’t feel normal to ask for something different. I got GF baguette or a croissant warmed up in a plastic wrapper.
