"Fantastic hotel, wonderful staff, great location "

"Lovely hotel and the staff were lovely. Our Room was nice, but sadly the bathroom was terrible. If you went for a shower the bath would fill with water because the plug was stuck closed and the door handle to the bathroom was falling off. "

"Very near the city centre, could have done with glasses in the room, Breakfast nice. Finally, it may be more prudent to place the older clientele (over 65) in the ground-floor rooms."

"everything was excellent, the bed just wasnt comfortable, we couldnt sleep properly the mattress was too hard , and very thin pillows, but we would bring our extra ones if it meant booking again, as that was all we could say was wrong for us, the view and everything else including staff and food was 100% definitely recommend to anyone "
