"Made very welcome and good parking the local buses stop outside which a nice bonus breakfast was excellent"

"I stayed over on a Tuesday evening, I arrived at 5.00pm to find the hotel all locked up, after waiting for what seemed an age, I found the gardener, she was very helpful, and called someone, she then got the keys and let me into my room, the room was very nice, however the restaurant isn't open, and no bar. I was looking forward to a nice meal at the Michelin star restaurant. I had to go to the pub next door, but they stop serving food early, so I had to beg for them to open the kitchen again...

"Comfortable room. Excellent food in restaurant. Staff friendly and helpful"

"Room was lovely and clean and plenty or space. Staff on reception very helpful and nice. Only small downside was it would be good to put in the description that the parking area is tight and it was a bit of a struggle parking a larger car"

"Cannot say a bad word about this place. Staff where great, room was spotless, parking on site at a small fee considering its a city. Room has air-conditioning and heating. Fresh drinking water stations along corridors, very useful when you forget water for the room."
