"The staff were outstanding. I was in town as sponsor of the boxing event across at the arena so was v v busy 24 hours for me. Every member of staff made it all considerably easier for me due to their immaculate professionalism throughout, i wish i could recall their names but from the lady on reception to the ladies cleaning the room, it was elite level. Thanks to all and well done. "

"Really, lovely, spacious apartment for 5 people! 2 of the rooms had en-suites which was a very welcome surprise. Beds and pillows were comfy. Well equipped kitchen.Loved the free parking and the location."

"This is a lovely hotel to stay at. The staff are friendly and helpful. My shower wasn't working properly so they moved me to another room. Both rooms were were very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Its close to central Hull - the main square being a 5min walk away. My breakfast was good with various options."
