Perfect place for people visiting New York on a budget. The staff were always friendly and available to answer questions, when we arrived they had a little welcome pack pointing out a list of places to eat in the area and how to get to the nearest subway stops. The room was clean but very small however as we were out exploring all day this was not an issue. The bed was comfortable and the curtains blocked out the light well. The hotel is right next to a subway line so you can hear the trains...

The hotel itself is clean and centrally located for NYC tourism in Times Sq. the staff are great, breakfast included was a good start to each day and the price we got through Expedia was a bargain. Be warned that there is a migrant shelter directly opposite the hotel which can be intimidating as large groups hang around outside - the hotel have a regular security guard and the NYPD are outside the shelter all the time.
