"I don’t write many reviews but this hotel was amazing for being an “airport” hotel. The rooms are large and very clean. The have a happy hour included with your room and breakfast. The breakfast was delicious and lots of options. Now , let me talk about the staff. Their customer service is beyond amazing. Smiling, helpful and I witnessed on multiple occasions them remembering customers names. The hostess at the breakfast was so nice. She never stops, if she’s not greeting the guest, she grabs towel and wipes down tables, around the breakfast area. Makes sure if anyone needs anything at the tables. Honestly, I recommend everyone to come here."

"I had a quick business trip to Toronto during which I stayed at the Double Tree by Hilton. My check-in was seamless, the gentleman who checked me in was excellent and the warm cookie provided was a nice treat. The room was great too. I would absolutely stay at this property again."
