"Clean rooms, friendly staff, close to the airport and ridiculously comfy beds! "

"Room was a little small but clean and had everything we needed. Main issue we had was the staff at breakfast. Think it was the manager. Very rude. Yelling at people to move along. But we had to wait for staff to stock items."

"Property is old. Shower is small. No slippers or bathrobes. Pool is overchlorinated so badly everyone was coughing. Couldnt stay in there more the 10 mins. Elevators were so jam packed,you wait 10 mins just to go up or down. 1 elevator out of service. Rooms are subpar. Checkin takes forever. Parking is overpriced to hell. Restaurants are mediocre. "

"This place was very disappointing. When we arrived to check in, one staff member was on the phone speaking loudly and sounded upset. I was trying to check in with another staff member, but the noise made it difficult to hear the person assisting me. As someone who travels often, I have never encountered such an unwelcoming atmosphere. The staff member helping us was not particularly friendly either. I considered leaving right away but stayed to avoid being charged a fee. When we entered the room, there was a strong Febreze smell that made it hard to breathe. We kept the window open all day, but the smell lingered. We also noticed that our neighbour had placed their room service dishes outside their door in the early evening. By late the next morning, when we were leaving our room, those dishes were still there. I would not choose to stay here again and would not recommend it."
