Really brilliant hotel on an equally brilliant location

Stunning Town Hall conversion off the main road in Bethnal Green. I booked it for my Fathers 70th Birthday & it was the perfect place, spacious, quite, clean and full of little luxuries and character.

Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. All the hotel staff were extremely polite and gave the true meaning to the word "valued" customer. From the first time I entered the hotel it was a different experience all together. Very clean and new studio apartment, bed super comfortable and good shower, toaster, hob, oven (with integrated microwave) and cutlery etc. Complimentary tea & coffee in the lounge area and room. Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

After spending 3 nights in a 4.4 Expedia rated hotel in Kensington where we greeted with unchanged bed sheets, stained matresses, and more, we left and went to the Andaz. Here, you can shower well, the beds are immaculate and there is a tube station right next to the hotel. This is definetively where we will stay next time. Thank you, Andaz!
