"Very good option for anyone flying through JFK. Room was spacious and clean with a fantastic city view of the Manhattan skyline. It was easy to get to the hotel via the JFK air train and a short walk from the Jamaica station though the streets around the station and hotel were dirty with a number of people just milling about. However, hotel seemed very security conscious, with room keys required to use the elevator and access common-area bathrooms, etc. and an overnight security guard on site. Nice staff at check in and check out. We got delicious dumplings at a Chinese restaurant just few minutes walk from the property and there are two grocery stores nearby. I was up very early due to jet lag and appreciated the 24-hour coffee in the lobby and the fact that I could use the gym. Breakfast area was very spacious and clean with good options on offer."

"There was nothing wrong with the Hampton Inn except for the construction going on. The room was clean and fine. Everything was good. I had to leave for the airport at 3:45 and they offered an early to go breakfast, which was very helpful. The airport shuttle was very helpful as well."
