"I’ve stayed here twice and half to say it’s a great hotel. Great breakfast and love they serve food. The staff is friendly and the rooms are well appointed with comfy beds and pillows. My impression is that this hotel is particularly well managed to provide the experience they do."

"The breakfast buffet was amazing, especially the mushroom must say it’s the best mushroom I’ve ever had. The rooms and facilities are very nicely decorated spa was very clean and relaxing it gets booked up quite quickly because there’s only few people in a session which makes it more pleasant and less crowded. The area around the hotel is beautiful river front and park with nice outdoor cafe to enjoy. Overall beyond expectation for this hotel. "

"Drop off and pick up at Luton Airport is absolute chaos. This Hotel is definitely not within reasonable walking distance of the passenger terminal. The staff are friendly, If you're a smoker bring an umbrella."

"Easy to find and ample parking.. found disabled space.. sign on the wall to inform hotel if a vehicle is not displaying a blue badge... great idea.. Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.. Wide open reception and bar restaurant.. After receiving room key and direction's.. We were advised to arrive early for breakfast as the hotel was fully booked.. We proceeded to our room on the first floor by using the lift... Our room was adapted for persons with disabilities.. Wide open room and large bathroom with walk in shower along with adaptions.. Didn't book this room but it was ideal for my wife with mobility issues.. Double bed ( only criticism.. pillows were hard and lumpy ) .. TV..tea and coffee making facilities.. USB ports by the bed and plug sockets here and there.. So great if you are here for pleasure or business.. Breakfast was a buffet of continental and hot food..bacon eggs and sausages... And a selection of tea coffee and juice.. Fantastic way to start the day... Again staff were friendly and welcoming.. Would definitely return and recommend.. "
