A family of four. Two teenagers in their own room. We booked two executive ocean rooms in the Al Qars . The upgrade was excellent value as your picked up at the airport, you can eat and drink in the executive or premium lounge and you have your own concierge. A truly lovely 5-star hotel with great service, facilities and food.

Great location and staff, would recommend!

Great Hotel. High level of quality and service throughout. Unfortunately we went in August and it should have been made clear that several restaurants within the hotel and the beach would be closed. They did provide a shuttle service to another beach but as these two things were a strong draw for booking here it was disappointing in the extreme. Definitely recommend but don’t go in August.

Very helpful staff in the hotel especially in the club lounge

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful hotel with our very young three children. We choose a two bedroom apartment for our stay. The apartment was very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The swimming pools that surround the hotel are stunning, warm and some of them have sand for children to play with. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I stayed for 15 nights. Was in room 406. Masood was brilliant went over and above cleaned room every day. He waited till we went out for the day to clean. Security were excellent especially Juma and proboti they were all good. Staff purani dehli great service. Mr Azhar cannot thank him enough along side hamza and basit. Just returned from a recent stay at this hotel. The location was fabulous right by Dubai Marina. Nothing was too much trouble and we were very well looked after by Lalit, Rafiq Jay and Harry. The apartment was a deluxe one bedroom apartment overlooking the marina from the 29th floor. The location was vibrant. The hotel was amazing. The staff were 1st class. We got upgraded to floor 30. Arrived at 10am and they had our room ready . It was my wife’s birthday and they had decorated the room also . Couldn’t find a single fault. When bookin ask for over floor 20 and a marina view ! You won’t be disappointed.

This hotel is really modern, clean and has great facilities. It's not a dry hotel and its really affordable. What really made it stand out was the staff. The staff are so helpful, happy and aloud to be themselves and not your usual robotic hotel experience. They were having fun on the job, which was great to see.

This was my second time to Four Seasons, Dubai. Other than sprinkling rose petals to walk on, I am really not sure how this hotel could be improved.
