We loved the charm of the property, it has a lot of character and is close to the river to do sight seeing on the tour boats and express boats. The Thai breakfast at Focal local was amazing every day and the staff were super helpful and kind. Thank you so much, we loved our stay here.

Location is perfect for the big tourist sites. Lots of new nice restaurants opening near by. But what really made our stay was the welcome from the friendly, helpful staff. Oh, the food is lovely and good value.

Fabulous stay as always , it’s our 7 th time at the Chatrium. Beautiful room - 1 bedroomed suite with fantastic river views. Breakfast is first class. Service brilliant. Wonderful staff. Friendly, attentive and helpful.

Excellent hotel in a first class location. Hotel, from arrival to departure, could not be faulted. Staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a great stay in Bangkok. Room was extremely comfortable with great views out over the river. Great selection of dining options and food was of a very high standard. Breakfast selection was superb with staff serving there very attentive. Truly outstanding in every aspect inc design rooms food and service .I can’t think of a single negative thing other than the pool area is in shade most of the day. A special mention for BKK and their staff and cocktails -gets my vote for best hotel bar in the World

stayed here several times and it's very expensive but worth it for that extra luxury,service and facilities.

Transfer ferry to attractions

Great location, lovely staff with stunning views from the restaurant. One slight criticism; the restaurant was expensive with very limited choice of local cuisine - I don't come to Bangkok to eat western food!

An absolutely gorgeous hotel, with lovely staff. Pool area great for relaxing with view of river. Rooms were spacious, very comfortable and sparklingly clean. Great location as within 5/10 mins walk of the bustling Khao San Road area, with lots of stall, shops, bar and restaurants. Easy to get taxi or tuk tuk to other areas at a very small cost. Great location to stay. Would definitely recommend as the hotel is a luxurious oasis to retreat to after a hard days sightseeing!

good location 5minute walk to iconsiam. accessible to everything: bts station, 7eleven, restaurants, massage centers nearby. staff were accommodating and really helpful. the restaurant downstairs serves really good thai dishes. room was clean and has ample space to move around. my only problem is i could hear the bathroom being used from the room next to me.

Beautiful hotel will definitely return

We loved Aurum. The staff were really helpful with our queries (we needed to find some specific things for a wedding and they were spot on lending assistance to Farang in need). The location is perfect for pretty much everything - walking distance to the Grand Palace and Wat Pho, plenty of taxis for further afield. River view is highly recommended. Breakfast outside was lovely, loads of choice and delicious (and good portions). Really restful location. Would stay there again.

The hotel is amazing. The room which was a River View suite was amazing. The view from the top bar is second to none. Breakfast fantastic, they make your toast to order over hot coals!!

Super smart small boutique hotel on the river in a great location to explore Bangkok. Great rooftop pool, lovely spacious clean rooms and funky art vibe. Perfect for us.
