"Location was good. Close to Mumbai Central and small shops. Decent hotel compared to other hotels in the same area. Room were a bit small. Bathroom was ok however I do not prefer Shower in a bath tub. There was hot water. The hotel needs to be renovated. Front foyer is very small and not much room to move when there is a lot of guest waiting around. Be aware of the taxi drivers parked at the front of the hotel. Do not trust them. Take a Uber instead however if you do book a taxi driver on the main street in front of the hotel, just make sure that taxi driver will pick you up on the day and time that is confirmed and they do not cancel on the word of another taxi driver who is parked at the front the hotel. The taxis drivers near the hotel are untrustworthy and will tell lies to another taxi driver to make sure your taxi is cancelled and you are to take their taxi. Overall location was good and staff were friendly."
