"They never have washcloths they lie and say someone will bring them they never do ended up buying my own and the day before we left they finally said they don’t have none! Everyone was complaining about this! Very rude receptionist when I asked for a Manager. Never ever again stay here. "

"It was good for the night before our cruise. The staff was very kind and helpful. The shuttle from the airport and to the port were quick and effortless. I would definitely stay again but would request a room away from the elevator. People were up and down it all through the night. "

"Upon arrival we were told the hotel was completely sold out. I told the concierge that I booked a room 2 weeks ago to which he replied ah yes we have one room left. I asked if it was partial ocean view since that’s what I booked. He told us the rooms are first come first serve it had a view but of the parking lot. It was my daughter’s 20th birthday. That was first disappointment. We went up to the room my daughter entered the bathroom which she couldn’t close the door too because it was rubbing on the frame. She lifted the toilet seat and discovered diahrea all over the seat. It was disgusting. I went to the phone to call downstairs but the phone was dead. I didn’t bother going downstairs but took pics of toilet and door. Room also was very musty and humid. We went downstairs to the ocean side for a few hours then when we came back the ac cooled the room so it was better. The sheets had stains. We flipped them over and just went to sleep. There was also hair around the sink in the bathroom. This was so embarrassing for me since I wanted to treat my family to a nice ocean view hotel. We checked out in the morning and went to the beach. It was the first and the last time we will be staying there. I would like my refund of the key cash we used. My credit card company already refunded us for the stay upon receiving the pictures and our statement. "
