Staff don’t know English and manager wasn’t available at checkout time and charged more than booking amount and message and call but don’t reply in that matter. I booked the room the morning of my stay. By the time my flight landed, I'd received a message saying that my booking was no longer valid and I would be refunded. I spent an hour on the phone with Expedia And trying to contact the office where the room was while sitting at the airport. Not knowing where I was going or if the room was even going to be available. Finally. Expedia confirmed that whoever sent me the message was incorrect and that I could go ahead and travel to the room. When I arrived They did let me check in 2 hours early because they had a room clean and available. The room was nice and it was a walkable area. I don't know what the mix-up was in the beginning, but the rest of the trip turned out well
