I enjoyed my stay, but it would not be the best place for some family or someone who is eager to do many, many things. Although the place itself is perfect, the area around the place has little to do and is not convenient for walking or just going outside. "Subway was walkable from the property. About 7 min. Hotel staff were very accomodating and good at communication. I docked some points for cleaniness because one night the bed change had a stain on the pillowcase. They were quick to change it the next day when I asked. Also, the smell of sewer was very rancid some nights. It consumed the smell of the whole room. It was hard to tolerate and we had to leave until the smell was gone."

"It was a big hassle checking in. Lobby receptionist doesnt know about my booking via hotels. Com. I even contacted Juan via hotels.com chat but had a miscommunication as well. I called the property contact person and was able to Answer me after 45 minutes. Finally, Mac (care taker) came and checked us in. He is very Nice and apologetic. "The room was great! I loved how we could wash our clothes and cook food with the small, yet most accommodating kitchen! The only thing I would have to say is that the amenities could have been slightly better as there was less than half a bottle of detergent, hand soap and showering necessities. We stayed in their "Executive Studio" and the room has plenty of storage space for our luggages (2 medium/2 carry-on), a comfortable bed, a spacious kitchen and a nice bathroom.
