I booked this hotel on Expedia and surprisingly found the hotel to exceed on our expectations. Hotel is constructed on more than 100 year old Portuguese building. Food was excellent. Hotel staff was very good and courteous. Ambience of the hotel is very good. Rooms are pool facing. Rooms and washroom are very big in size.

Great hotel. Clean and good size rooms. Has. Balcony.As per photos. Lovely infinity pool. Away from main street and quite but easy to get to places by walking or taxi. Beach and town 30 mins walk. Needed to ask for coffee sachets and white towels were not hotel soft or white but not stained but just dull and hard.

Nice big clean rooms. We really had Great food especially at their restaurant Latest recipe & all credit goes to their Chef Daksh & the assistants Vishal, Smyarana.

Could not have asked for more the staff , room and overall facilities are world class beach access is there too pool is nice housekeeping staff was excellent specially gentleman by name kamlesh or kamesh not sure of his exact name but a young guy he surprised us by doing new new things in our room in terms of possession

The Hotel is nicely located - not very interior at the same time not in traffic and noise pollution. Great efforts taken by Hotel executives to ensure a clean surrounding. This is located at a nice area which has some life such as market, restaurants etc and hence easy to move around. Since we had a 'Rent a cab', we found it extremely comfortable to come and go out of the area.

An amazing place to stay We had issues with the lock of the room on the first day which was resolved however on the second day we had foul smell coming from the air conditioning. The manager Amar was fantastic and very helpful he upgraded us to a suite. Both standard and suite room are beautiful, the hotel has a lovely environment and staffs are very friendly and second to none in making sure all needs are meet from the minute you walk in until to check out. Lovely and clean, friendly staff. Great service and a beautiful pool to lounge around. 10 min walk to Baga beach and taxi service just outside... I will be going back there! Perfect!

The staff and food are great. Rooms were kept clean and are well looked after. The spa is very good and well priced.

This is a lovely heritage hotel in the Portuguese style set in beautiful tropical gardens. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and there is a restaurant serving a variety of international food though you’d be missing out if you didn’t try the amazing Indian cookery on offer.

Amazing hotel.. thats what citrus goa is... A resort within the city... close to the beach.. close to the market and restaurants...nice parking.. very pleasant staff.. The breakfast rocked and was real yum too... Their dal makhani from room service was so delicious my husband licked the bowl clean! The soothing trees, decor and the swimming pool.. all made for a perfect holiday.. We had a 4 poster bed which made us feel like royalty... If you want to stay in calangute... choose citrus!

We stayed at the Acron Fortune Regina in Candolim, Goa. The location was superb, not too near the main road or beach but within easy access to all restaurants and bars and the beach was a ten minute walk away. The hotel staff were superb and could not have been more helpful or obliging. All the staff took interest in our comfort and could not do enough to resolve any issue we might have.
