"The pool is by far the best I visited. The upper pool is large. Perfect Temp has easy steps and no children. The lower pool is for kids but it is far enough away you can't hear them. "Loved the peace and quiet. This was our 2nd time here. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely visit again. A couple of suggestions would be that the resort advertises 3 restaurants. These are more like 3 venues with the same menu. It would make sense and provide more choice if there was variety of food options between the 3 restaurants. The other suggestion would be to provide perhaps a twice daily shuttle to Ribander....

"The location is superb, but it’s a dated property which is crying out loud for renovation! I slipped on the foot mat almost twice because it’s slippery, just outside the main door. Pool area will make you wait for 20 minutes even to get a coconut water which felt like I bought from a roadside vendor, it was hot and covered with foil ? Never seen a five start property charging 250 dollar a night in such a shabby condition! "
