Great hotel with what it effectively its own private beach. The staff were wonderful and so was the food. It really was amazing and we had a great time. It could be a bit quiet at night and there isn't much else around - although if you walk left along the beach there is a beach shack and another hotel both doing excellent food but at much cheaper rates (and the drinks are much cheaper too). The price of food and drink is extremely expensive by Indian standards, but fairly standard for UK...

Stunning hotel, perfect for a relaxing stay. Hotel facilities are top notch. We used the gym, which had a good selection. The pool was great with the two depth sections. A short walk through the hotel grounds leads you to the beach, which is one of the longest and whitest beaches I've ever seen. Quite a few choice here of cafe/bars and sun lounges. Hotel room was a great size (we had a bungalow). Only negative was the pricing within the hotel but to be honest that's no different to any 4/5 star...

Very impressed with this property. First time to Goa and India. Other than slow service getting lunch, this property exceeded all of my expectations. Beautifully maintained and close to a beautiful beach. Im not sure if its a seasonal issue but there were thousands of dead jellyfish on the beach and in the water which affected the whole coastline so not sure if they were poisonous or not so didnt risk going into the sea in case they were. Bear in mind there is little else around this property...

I would reccommend this hotel to everyone, not sure how it is only a 3 star should be 4*. The manageress was so helpful and curtious as were the hotel staff. They catered for all our needs and went above and beyound to make our stay as comfortable as possible. My family and i will definately be using this hotel again. We had an extremely pleasant stay . What we would recall the most would be the beautiful sea and beach which our room faced , the really pleasant and super-friendly staff who would go all out to please you as a privileged guest . The level of service everywhere is very high . The facilities and bar and restaurants there are also very nice . There is a huge swimming pool very well laid out and excellent gardens in a 45 acre property with jogging and walking tracks .
