"The room was clean and comfortable (though we can hear the metro passing underground). The rooftop is beautiful, I'm just disappointed our breakfast was on the -1 and not up there. Overall we had a great stay, the location is very convenient close to the metro to the airport."

"This was a HORRIBLE place to stay. We waited over an hour and 30-mins for the person to show up with the key and walk us through the apartment. We missed our dinner reservation which was a celebration. The apartment had 2 working heaters yet we used 3 bedrooms. There was a light blanket and sheet for the bed. The beds needed blankets! My children and I slept in our coats. In the middle of the night the heater went out. We called, messaged, and text the owner who did not return...
