We liked this hotel--much better than another property we stayed at in Lisbon. The only cons were that the A/C did not seem to work and only one of the two elevators was working, which made the wait to get down to the lobby in the morning very long--by the time an elevator finally stopped at our floor, it was already full. But we plan to stay here again in June.

Good: Great location & well maintained hotel. Close to metro & train lines. Great breakfast buffet. Needs improvement.. Kettle should be provided without asking for deposit. No ironing board in room. Long times for lifts at busy time. Breakfast options , cutlery needs to be topped more quickly at busy times.Charge for requesting pick up via Expedia from airport very expensive. Better get a taxi from the airport & pay 1/3. Overall good hotel. We will stay again.
