One of the better hotels I have stayed in Lisbon for a reasonable priced. The hotel staff had excellent customer service. The staff was always helpful with any questions, Rooms were a good size and clean.

Hotel Roma is an ideal traveller’s hotel and popular with tour groups. Our room was quite large and very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast (if you choose it) has a very good selection of morning snacks and breakfast options to start your day. It is out of the city centre but on a direct metro line to Lisbons waterfront. (Maybe a 10min ride) We enjoyed our stay.

Convenient location for the airport (which was what we wanted for one night stay), friendly and helpful staff including in the restaurant, good buffet breakfast and lunch deal in the restaurant, spacious communal areas, clean spacious bedroom. Decor a bit dated but overall a great experience.

I appreciate how the bathtub had an actual bathmat and a textured, anti-slip surface! All the other hotels I stayed at in Portugal did not. It seems like an obvious safety thing that every bathtub in a hotel should have, duh. The bed was comfy and the AC worked great. The front staff was nice and gave a coupon for their restaurant.
