This is not a normal hotel. We did have an apartment. On arrival the door was locked despite saying the lobby would be open at 9 am and email contact with the property saying we would be there just after 9 am. The attendant arrived around 11. By then we were panicked as we had been sitting out on a street. Expedia was awesome when I called them. (Did cost me though as no data plan but we were scared). The attendant did nothing to calm our nerves. After check in we had no contact with the front desk. Went there a couple times and the door was locked. Even during times they were to be open. Did end up emailing a question to them. And they answered. Apartment was okay. Kitchenette with a stove but no pots or pans. Fridge worked well. Just changed some of our plans. Would stay again maybe as we know what we are getting into. But might try somewhere else.

Had to ask for hangers and new batteries as The AC converter was dead. The lady at the front desk got it for me immediately. Was not aware I could have VIP upgrades, of which I did not receive. Interior room on ground floor.

Meh. Find another spot. Our room was off a busy street, and was stuffy and hot, despite it being a cool night out. The check in experience was confusing and the shared bathrooms were not at all clean. The kicker was when we left early the last morning and found a couple who had been waiting in the foyer all night because reception didn’t give them keys to the front door, only room keys. Weird vibes all around despite the good location. You can do better for the price

Very cute place to stay. Shared bathrooms are sort of a pain but the location makes up for that!
