See that this hotel for the last night of our stay to be close to the airport. The hotel staff was great. The buffet breakfast in the morning was exceptional, and we also went to a steakhouse about 10 minutes away and that was also phenomenal. Close to the airport easy access, and parking

Perfect for an overnight stay after arriving in Lisbon by train. Within walking distance of the train station. Restaurant was open late and wait staff was excellent. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful on arrival. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel to stay at while in Lisbon. The customer service was fantastic and the rooms are spacious and very clean. Uber is very cheap in Lisbon so it is about 10-20 minute Uber ride to major downtown spots. Walkable restaurants near by that serve great Portuguese food. Will be staying there again when I visit Lisbon.

Very nice place to stay with a pet

The hotel was very clean and comfortable! They even provided a pet bed and dishes! My only disappointment was to find a 12.50€ charge for parking. But this hotel was well worth the price!

Large room, unusual for European standards. Comfortable room. Area is business so not much to see. If you go on business, this is a practical and good option. Parking on property was good and not expensive. But garage is very small and takes good parking skills!

As always, NH is superior on room space, shower temp/pressure/elbow room, and general comfort. I do think their reservation confirmations should have better public transport directions — it is not anywhere near the Campo Grande stop.

I have stayed at this property before and really like the location. Importantly though, the staff at the hotel is excellent. I can't say enough positive things about them, which made my stay of a week very rewarding. Only one small thing. The parking under the hotel is far from easy, to get into and out of. This is clear to all the staff. I will definitely return to this hotel on subsequent trips to Lisbon.
