We liked the balcony off the room, it was a pleasant surprise. The room was too small, we didn't like two singe beds instead of a queen bed or a king. There should be ice machines on certain floors instead of having to go down to the lobby to request ice, especially for a VIP option. I never received any benefits of the VIP option.

There is good value in this hotel. The price was affordable. The room was good, nothing fancy but clean. It is situated quite close to the metro station. There is a good grocery store just opposite to the hotel. Breakfast was good and more reasonably priced than some other places we visited . (E 10/p).

The hotel is nice and clean and breakfast buffet is good selection. Staff is helpful & cheerful. Our room is basic and clean, a safe in the room but a little small though. There is only one chair for 2 people, no place to hang long winter coat. No kettle to make coffee or tea. The hotel is opposite to a big supermarket and a small café, pharmacy attached to it. Metro is a few minutes away. Overall is good for short term visit.

The staff were amazing, but the neighbourhood was very noisy and you can hear the noise from the street fire truck during the night time so you cannot have a quiet sleep
