"We chose this hotel for our stay in Logrono. It was ok. The room was suitably for a couple of nights but it wouldn’t have suited us for anything longer. The lack of windows in the breakfast room made it feel uncomfortable. The breakfast was ok but not as good as others we had experienced elsewhere. The staff were friendly and efficient. "This place is located besides the Basilica in the old part of town. It is old but very clean. The room I had was a bit small but adequate for one person. There is no AC but even with 34°C outside the room was comfortabel. There is a stairlift from street level to the reception area and an elevator to the next floors. Because the building is a concrete/brick construction with heavy wooden doors to every room customers should be aware to close the doors carefully, if not it will sounds through...

"Sadly a really disappointing stay, our room (particularly the bathroom) was starting to look very tired, the WI-FI is nonexistent and we were very disappointed to learn that the spa (including use of the pool) can only be booked for 1 hour at an additional charge of €20pp - there was virtually no availability which meant we weren’t able to use any of the facilities. "
