"True honesty: I've stayed in many hotels and this Hotel by far was the noisiest. Paper thick walls, you can hear every step and conversations around your room. The shower was moldy and in my case the shower did not even have a soap holder. I had to place the soap bar on top of the hanging shampoo bottles when showering. Floors are dirty and do not expect room service for at least three days. I don't know if this a new thing with hotels, (not providing room service every day). If you need toiletries you need to ask the front desk. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. I like the fact that coffee was available 24 hours. The hotel is walking distance to many attractions at Niagara and the border crossing bridge. My room had a good A/C and the TV worked fine."

"Request for Partial Refund Due to Unsatisfactory Stay I would like to request a partial refund for my recent stay at La Quinta Inn, which I booked through Hotels.com, due to several issues that significantly affected our comfort. The bathroom exhaust fan was completely non-functional throughout our stay. As a result, the bathroom quickly filled with hot steam during showers, making it feel very stuffy and uncomfortable. In addition, the bed frame/mattress made persistent squeaking noises with even minor movement. This caused repeated disturbances during the night and negatively impacted the quality of our sleep. While we appreciate the other aspects of the property, these maintenance issues detracted from what we expected based on the booking. Given the inconvenience and discomfort caused, I kindly request that Hotels.com consider providing a partial refund or appropriate compensation. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response."
