This place was walking distance from where we were going and perfect! Staff was friendly and helpful ..room was clean and the bed was comfy...breakfast just what I needed this morning. Highly recommend

Fantastic stay at the Buffalo Guesthouse. It has a real home feeling. Lovely staff( real friendly atmosphere where you actually engage with other people staying there. Clean, well located and secure.

Location is amazing. Property is beautiful, comfortable, welcoming, clean and unique. The owner is amazing, generous and friendly. The staff is amazing. I cannot say enough good things about this place. It is not your normal hotel stay, the unique experience was fantastic.

Nice new option in downtown Buffalo.

Friendly and helpful staff in an ideal location. It's a guest house, which is different than a hotel, but by those standards it was a great place.

Unique stay

Very close to downtown. Nothing too fancy but very clean and unique! Easy check in and check out! You do need to climb stairs to get to the rooms. Hostess was very friendly and helpful!

So, this is really more of a "bed and breakfast" than a hotel. It's clean, it's nice, it's in a really great neighborhood, and Wes (the host) is a super dude, we actually played yhatzee together one night. Highly recommend.
