"First of all, checkinn was 2 pm. But we had to wait till 3pm because the room was not ready. No sorry nothing. The reception lady and the manager on duty didn't even greet properly. None of the days we were there. Imagine it's a small hotel and you have to past them every day. They just look at you.
The sink had a blockage, so the water didn't flow and there was a smell in the bathroom.
No separation between toilet and bath so the whole bathroom was full with water. On our 3rd day somebody was...

This was our 7th trip to Dubai and have always stayed in top end hotels. We believe this is the best so far. We simply could not fault the level of service , cleanliness and facilities the hotel offers.
We had private transfer included to and from the airport which is always a nice feature particularly in a spacious BMW. Our room was ready immediately so no waiting around until lunch time which is often the case in Dubai when you get the early flight in.

Everything about the hotel is great. The only thing I would say is be aware of the location. It's a 20 minute walk to the Dubai Mall which is fine if you are in good health and mobile. And if you want to use the metro system it's probably 45-60 minute walk to that. Dubai is very spread out so if you want to see The Palms, The Marina it's a 45-60 minute taxi ride. The free bus service offered by the hotel is great but only runs twice a day. Other than that the hotel is top notch.

Lived up to its standards as a 4 Star Hotel. Comfortable bed and a powerful rain shower provided the necessary comfort. Buffet B’fast although didn’t stand out as truly exceptional, met it’s needs. Metro station was a brisk 15 minute walk with the Mall of Emirates 20 minutes. Didn’t use the rooftop pool, however on observation they appeared to be plenty of sun beds available and a decent size pool. I would certainly use this hotel again.

I stayed for 15 nights. Was in room 406. Masood was brilliant went over and above cleaned room every day. He waited till we went out for the day to clean. Security were excellent especially Juma and proboti they were all good. Staff purani dehli great service. Mr Azhar cannot thank him enough along side hamza and basit. Even with the maintenance going on operation were excellant. From check in to check out was seamless. Mr Abdallah always there to help with a great smilr. Four points delivered...
