The stay at this hotel was very comfortable , the room size is more then enough , the location is wonderful as the best surrounding , all type of shopping and restaurants are at the mall , the hotel staff are very helpful the variety of breakfast almost have all choices

Our stay was for our first Umra trip. What a difference it can make to have a comfortable hotel. it certainly isn't cheap but if you intend to visit Makkah for focus on your worship, and ensure that you pray all of your prayers at the Haram on time with as much Khushu' as possible, then you need a good, comfortable, close hotel. Service was excellent from check in to check out. Breakfast choices are huge so not eating repeated breakfasts everyday. Parking is charged but very affordable compared....

Very close to Haram, spacious room, neat and clean, good staff, excellent breakfast, very good house keeping staff. I would like to stay again in this hotel, if God willing.

Stayed here for a total of 6 nights. This is an amazing hotel with ample space inside. Beautiful scents are spread using a bukhoor machine every day and the rooms are impeccable. I had no issues whatsoever and the staff were amazing. The staff were really kind and friendly and they even sorted out my problem when the AC was not working well in one of my other rooms. They had given me another room with a great view of the external area of the haram.

Fantastic hotel with fabulous breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. My 2nd stay (8 nights both times) at this hotel and the overall service was top draw. The breakfast was a big 10 for both variety and quality.

Dont have anything bad to say about the hotel or staff. Excellent location and great room. Only negative was that I found the mattress too soft, which is not ideal for the back. I guess its personal preference. Would definitely book the same hotel again.
