The best hotel with kabah view rooms.
Their kabbah view rooms have an amazing and breath taking view of kabah . Love that it’s the closest hotel to the kabbah it self . Has mosque and just one floor below has a complete food court and market so everything at one place
Excellent hotel with excellent service! I enjoyed my stay there very much! Amazing view of the Kaaba. Wonderful food. Excellent room cleanliness and quality. If I go again to Mecca Inn Shaa Allah, I plan to stay there again! They were also very accommodating to my special requests. Thank you!

Fantastic location next to gate 79. The best thing is it has all the shops and malls n food court in the same building. Highly recommended if you have mobility issues
Stayed at Al Safwah Tower 1 in Makkah and honestly, it ticked all the boxes.
The biggest win? Location. The proximity to Masjid al-Haram is unbeatable — quick and easy access to prayers, which makes a huge difference when you're there for Umrah and want to maximise every moment in the Haram.
Breakfast was on point 👌 So much variety and the omelette station was top class. The brother making the omelettes is an absolute legend — service with a smile and proper attention to detail.
I stayed on the 18th floor — rooms were well maintained and credit to Mr Sadiq and the housekeeping team for running a tight ship. Massive shoutout to Raqib as well, who went the extra mile ensuring the room was spotless and always stocked up with complimentary beverages. That level of care doesn’t go unnoticed.
Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and well-managed stay. I’ll definitely be booking here again for my next trip, InshaAllah.
Amazing visit with Al Safwah Hotel Tower. Situated with the Makkah Tower Hotel buildings it was quite close to Haram Masjid with 5 mins walk. We stayed in a Studio with Kaaba view. The hotel was clean and service was friendly. Our family of 4 with 2 little children enjoyed the stay.

Safwa Hotel 1 - Kaaba View
Hotel is a bit dated but people are amazing! The Kaaba view and location is incredible. Sultan at reception was really very nice!
Location looks great on map. What we didn’t know is that you have to use three escalators to get out of hotel which passes tbhrough safwa souk! It’s absolute nightmare every time we had to go out you have to pass through crowds getting in and out of souk. Staff were great and thorough. They tried to help with me having a problem with next room. My room had a junction door with another room it felt like they are sat with us in room. Doors in this hotel are paper like you hear every step and every break outside. Breakfast was limited and surprisingly every item was cold! Never seen fool and falafel that cold! Eggs was ok of course because a guy was dedicated to do it as you want it. Shower and bathroom was ok.
Main benefit is being close to the Haram ; many dining and shopping centres are close by. But the hotel is outdated , WI-FI in the room was very weak ; shower water water was barely warm ,and safe initially was not working took time to get fixed ;and I was declined a transfer to another room.
Everying was good, food, staff, location, room, checkin and checkout were fast. I think the only thing they need to improve is the bathtoom. It was fully functional but needs major renovation. They were built 20-30 yrs ago or so. Best part is the location only 2 mins walk to haram. And taxi is next door.
Amazing location . Close to haram . Had a kaaba view . Most amazing view . Entrance to hotel difficult. Access to taxi a problem. Have to carry luggage no direct excess . Breakfast ok . Not great, not bad . Bathroom very small . Bedroom very comfortable.
Difficult for taxi to access the hotel. They are very short staffed and unfriendly. There was no bell boy and we had to carry the suitcases by our selves to the room.
Breakfast was very generic. No coffee machine, no knives set up either. Poor quality food. Egg chef was late by about 15 minutes, every morning too. Very disappointing and definately not 5 star standard. All the staff unfriendly. Bed and pillows uncomfortable too. The only good thing was that it was close to haram. Please dont stay here as they dont value their guests
